Michael McDowell: I refer the Deputy to my replies to his Parliamentary Questions of 2 March 2005 and 31 May 2005. The persons in question have not supplied written evidence that they have been unreasonably refused a passport from their country of origin. Neither have they demonstrated that return to their country of origin is not an option and as such the position remains unchanged.
