Mary Butler: It is a fair question but I respect the fact that Mr. Scannell probably cannot answer it. It is a question for IDA Ireland. We can state all this to IDA Ireland in the letter. We will allow Mr. Scannell to contribute; he might have something to add.

Mary Butler: Deputy Neville made the point that we were not privy to those terms of reference and it is therefore very hard to comment on them.
