Pearse Doherty: I understand the Government's decision is to commit GB £50 million between now and 2016 rather than GB £400 million. When does the Minister envisage that the remaining GB £350 million will be provided? He has said he is politically behind the project. Will the funding be forthcoming in 2017, 2018 or 2027?
