Pearse Doherty: I understand the Government's decision is to commit GB £50 million between now and 2016 rather than GB £400 million. When does the Minister envisage that the remaining GB £350 million will be provided? He has said he is politically behind the project. Will the funding be forthcoming in 2017, 2018 or 2027? The Government must have some idea of when the remainder will be given.
