Hi

Re the issue put to third level colleges

could it not better be put
in terms
of bullying and sexual violence
and related harassment.

Because bullying is a huge issue in higher education
it can be extremely covert unlike sexual violence
and therefore more insidious and vey harmful.

You can be exposed to extremely harmful bullying
institutional bullying which is layers of bullying
for example if you are viewed as a whistleblower etc.

It seems to me and I stand to be corrected on this that the current formal bullying and harassment procedures are all set up or engineered by to ensure
nobody is ever brought to account for bullying in the work place and other mechanisms are required to stop bullying because of this.
How many cases of bullying have resulted in anyone
being brought to account in higher education
over the past ten years?
