Worth noting that Simon Harris quoted the wrong Statutory Instrument in his answer. The most recent instrument is S.I. No. 693/2019 - Health (Out-Patient Charges) Regulations 2019¹ which was published in early 2020 by Paschal Donohoe and himself. ¹ http://www.irishstatutebook.ie/eli/2019/si/693/made/en/print
