Why is bullying behaviour not dealt with in the public service?
Is it because possibly the "ROT" goes a long way up the "pole"...
I can understand why so many victims of bullying consider suicide...who are we expected to turn to...our managers???
Why is it that its easier for public servants that bully and harass fellow colleagues,and managers that do nothing to stop it to get away with it all...somethings just not right..
