Hi everybody. I am in a same situation as mention above. I came to Ireland in 2008 and my wife came in 2006 both on a student visa. We met in Ireland, fall in love and got married in Ireland. In 2011 My Daughter was born here. We have creat a small family in the environment we are now used to. I believe it is human to look for decent place to live in,so we want to live as a respectable family in Ireland. Last couple of days ago some immigration officers came to my house asking for our passsport. As they knew we are from Mauritius and that we are overstaying, they took our passport and called us in two weeks time. Having read all the debates, can I just listen to the immigration officers and just pack up. The Mauritian community in Ireland are desperately waiting for the outcome of that case. If we are force to leave this country now, we will never fulfill our dream as a family. This might also mean Stress and family problems going back home. Can some please tell us what to do. Thank you very much.
