It is the metering of water that has got peoples backs up in a country where it never stops raining.We all agree that it costs money to store and pump water but I believe a fixed cost to private customers is the way forward and most people would be willing to pay about 100 euro.
I have a private well myself and it costs me money all the time but I agree with the majority that the government got it wrong when they bullied ahead and installed meters.
