I must now deal with a postponed division relating to the motion regarding the sunset clause for Part 3 of the Health (Preservation and Protection and other Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act) 2020. On Thursday, 22 October 2020, on the question that the amendment to the motion be agreed to, a division was claimed and in accordance with Standing Order 80(2), that division must be taken now.

Is oth liom a rá nach bhfuil aon rud eile againn le vóta a chaitheamh air. De bharr sin, tá an Dáil ar athló go dtí maidin amárach ag 10.30 a.m.

On a point of order, one of the main kinds of hand sanitisers used in schools is defective. Schools are not to use it. It has been recalled. I am not looking for a debate but the Minister for Education and Skills is here and it should be possible to give a brief explanation of what is going on. By the time we resume, schools will have reopened. They do not know what is defective about this product. A statement has gone out to journalists. Will the Minister give a brief, two-minute explanation of what is happening?

I am sorry but there is absolutely no provision for that type of thing at this hour of the night. At 11.05 p.m., we are not in a position-----

On a point of order, it is not a media report. It is a Department of Education and Skills report that schools cannot open tomorrow because of hand sanitisers.

It is not a point of order. The House is adjourned.
