Before proceeding with the third session of today's discussion, the House must agree the arrangements for next week's proceedings of the Special Committee on Covid-19 Response. Those arrangements were notified in the report of the Business Committee on next week's business, which was circulated earlier today. Can we take those arrangements as read and, if so, are they agreed, so that we can allow the committee to get on with its business? Agreed.
