Make people responsible for what they are supposed to be doing, what they take on to do. Make them responsible. There have to be sanctions. Like I said a while ago, you have to be responsible for your actions or your inactions. You hear it every day of the week on the TV and radio. I am the manager or I am the director so I take full responsibility for this and I resign. People have to be responsible. I am sure people are well paid for what they do. They may do it in part but not as regards Travellers. There is always the attitude that there is a housing crisis in the country. Our answer to that is, there is a housing crisis and we are very sad about that.

It is terrible that people are living on the streets. However, why is there a Traveller interagency group? Why is there an LTACC? If they were not needed, they would not be there. Great thinking went into establishing those groups but they just never took off.
