Last week we had the Children's Residential and Aftercare Voluntary Association, CRAVA, in with us. It had a number of concerns, one being that it felt a rebalance was required of preference towards the voluntary sector capacity to reduce over-reliance on for-profit care. Do we have the data as to those facilities Ms Duggan has described, "where one, two, three or four young people are being looked after by caring, committed and dedicated staff"? What proportion of those settings is run by the voluntary sector and what proportion is run by for-profit organisations?
