Sometimes an in-between service between special care and residential care is raised with us. Does Ms Duggan feel, as head of the organisation, that this is a missing piece, particularly for children? Obviously, there are difficulties with special care but I ask particularly in cases where there may be signposts to special care but the services and supports are not actually there for them within special care.
