As I explained earlier, they are fundamentally different things. For the same unit or house, it would be about €1 million more. I do not think the State should be paying that. It also allows for profit to be taken out. No money that comes to us leaves the sector. It is only put in. The State should be funding the service to be provided for vulnerable children and it should be one on the basis of a cost-recovery model. The other model is great in a time of crisis when we do not have enough beds because of a historical lack of planning, and that has been needed. It is much more expensive. Prices are only going to increase in the long term. It is not based around the service for young people. It is around a bed for tonight, because we will be on the news tonight or in court tomorrow as a result of a child needing a placement. It is not strategic, long-term thinking about what is the best system that we can have for vulnerable children in residential care.
