The difficulty that people face is that there are no alternatives in some places. Some petrol stations have a monopoly. In my view, there is a cartel in some areas. There might be three or four garages in close proximity and they all increase their petrol prices at the same time, even though they might be different brands or companies. This is definitely concerning. I do not know whether that has been looked at locally or from a national perspective. Mr. McHugh mentioned excise coming down. When excise is going up, however, that increase is applied immediately and in many cases before the 12 o'clock implementation point on budget night. Has that been looked at?
