This strategy was launched and published last year. We are making steady progress. It will take time and there is no denying that. It is prioritised at the highest level of the Government and there is very strong and robust accountability and implementation. This committee is doing the work that is required in terms of holding people to account. We need to lead on it and it is a priority within my Department. I want to see this improve, I want to see it work and it will not be from a lack of effort from our side.
