To be clear, I am not asking what the Department is doing. I do not doubt what the Department is doing. I have no doubt about that. I have every confidence in what the Department is doing. Has the Department sufficient resources to do it to the level that Dr. Ryan believes is required? That is what I am asking. Many public servants have come in here and expressed concern. They are not afraid. Some good public servants do not have a problem coming in and saying they could do with more resources. I know most people will say the more resources they have, the better. I want to get a handle on whether there is a problem in terms of resources for the Department to do its job.
