I might come in on where the CAP money needs to go. I will begin by commenting on this thing of a load of small schemes with bureaucracy. We are at a stage now where we have so many schemes that the Department cannot keep up. The IT department in the Department of agriculture cannot keep up. The advisers cannot keep up. The inspectors cannot keep up. The payments division cannot keep up. I do not know how the Department expects farmers-----
