It is open to all AD developers but there were limited small-scale ones in the first grant round. For the second grant round, funding was secured by the Minister, Deputy O'Brien, in the recent budget. We will consider how we can support or encourage the building of more farm-based AD plants. We will look at that percentage and consider if we can up it.
