Apologies have been received from Deputy Michael Ring and Deputy Michael Fitzmaurice said he will be late. At last week's Zoom meeting, we made a decision on the speaking order and seating arrangements. If there are non-members present, they should note members will receive preference. That is a decision of the committee and I will enforce it if needs be.

I remind members to turn off their mobile phones. Members are requested to ensure, for the duration of the meeting, that their mobiles are turned off completely or switched to airplane safe or flight mode, depending on the device. It is not sufficient for members to just put their phones on silent mode as this will maintain a level of interference with the broadcasting system.

The agenda for today is the consideration of the motion regarding the Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations 2020 and briefing on the review process of the Virapro hand sanitiser.
