Before we proceed with the session on the banking sector, I record the decision of the committee on COM(2017)335, proposal for a Council directive amending EU Directive 2011/16 on mandatory automatic exchange of information in the field of taxation in relation to reportable cross-border arrangements. The committee agreed that the proposal does not warrant further scrutiny.
