The county chairman. It rotates on an annual basis, which is probably not ideal if it is only meeting. The chair of any committee is an important leadership role. In other counties such as Donegal, a Traveller man is the chairman of the LTACC. In having a rotating chair - in some counties it is a two-year term - some chairs show less interest and some are very active.
