We are just about to write our next corporate plan, which is for the next three years. At the moment, we are going through a phase of analysis and reflection on the scale of the demand that is coming at us as an agency, the wider societal issues that are out there, and the supports that are needed for children and families generally. We want children to grow up with their families where possible. We want those families to be resilient. Where those parents have challenges around domestic violence, addiction or mental health, we want them to get the supports they need. Coming to Tusla should happen at a point after everything else has perhaps been tried and families have been supported. What we need or what we would like is the prioritisation of children in care for access to services and a whole-of-government approach to providing for the needs of children in care and families, whether that is in relation to housing, addiction or mental health services. We would like support around public confidence and trust in Tusla as an agency. We absolutely own our challenges. We recognise there are times when we are not able to provide the services that we would like to or want to provide. While we are working really hard to do that, part of it has to be about where there is a good news story, or a positive outcome where progress is being made, voices being used across society and across the political system to recognise that, while absolutely holding us to account where there is not. That is very important for us. My colleague may want to add to that.
