I thank Mr. Conlon and all of the other witnesses for their opening statements and the work they have done in coming here today. It is proposed to publish the opening statements to the Oireachtas website, is that agreed? Agreed.

Before I call members, I remind them that they are allocated seven minutes speaking time and that must include the response from witnesses. Hopefully, we will have time for a brief second round of questioning. When putting questions, I ask members to please adhere strictly to the agenda item under consideration this morning.
