On the question of who should be managing it, whoever is managing it needs to work together and there needs to be consultation. We have all seen a bit of a lack of consultation because the Department of Social Protection does not talk to schools. A couple of my colleagues have already mentioned that the importance of talking to children and young people about this is huge, but the Department of Social Protection has not done that, possibly because of that disconnect. We would love to see much better consultation around this.
