I am with Dr. Ryan on that, and well done. Does he not feel that it should be mandatory that somebody whose source of income is affected by the rules put in place by the Department would automatically receive compensation for the losses involve? The Department has to bring herd owners and flock owners with it. Should it not be mandatory that once the Department limits somebody's trading ability, they would automatically get compensation?
