Broadly, flood relief schemes can take ten to 11 years from start to finish. We are into stage 2 now, the planning stage. That can take anywhere from one to two years to come out of planning. Typically then you are talking about another year for detailed design and then about three to four years for the construction phase. That is the broadly the timeline on it.
