I know that from previous Departments I was in, including the Department with responsibility for the Office of Public Works. There are some shocking ones, and you only need to look at the allocations that have been made down through the years from my Department under sports capital to local authorities. They do not even know they have it. Maybe the LGMA is an organisation you should call in here and ask why local authorities are getting sports capital grants and not drawing them down. I encourage you to do that. You should bring in the Local Government Management Agency and ask it what it is doing.
