I feel that it is exclusionary and I have always felt that it is exclusionary. If I were to use the same agenda with regard to sport and decide that Sport Ireland were to have no relationship, for instance, with the Gaelic Athletic Association, which is essentially what the Arts Council has with Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann, the public would be horrified. Or if I were to decide that it was okay for Sport Ireland, for instance, not to fund boxing or not to fund swimming because it was a sport that maybe the upper echelons did not agree with, I do not think I would be long around here, Chairman.
