I said at the beginning that at the end of September there was about 24,000 tonnes, so it is a cycle of filling yards and emptying yards. I am sure there is hardly a time of the year when yards do not have some material in them. At any point in time, there will be plastic. It is within the permitted provisions of the contractors' environmental licensing that they may hold material in the yards, so there is nothing wrong with material being in the yards.
