I propose that we write to the Minister to see if the statutory instrument can changed. I talked about entrepreneurs and different people. I ask the Chair to consider that we would write to the Minister to change the statutory instrument to try to facilitate options in this country whereby an entrepreneur who sets up a recycling plant would not be left out of getting this €280.
