I have a question for Ms Kiely. It concerns the situation for those who are outside the IFFPG for one reason or another. On the previous occasion the group was in, a contractor gave evidence that their contract would cease that day. On average, if we tally it around the country, there are probably at least 10,000 tonnes of plastic that the levy is being paid on, but that is outside the IFFPG. The IFFPG has been paid €2.8 million. Would it not worry the Department if €2.8 million was paid in for stuff that the IFFPG had not handled, when it still had only €3 million in its account and there were 24,000 tonnes around the country? Would that not worry the Department?
