I welcome the Minister of State, Deputy Niamh Smyth, to the committee. I also give a special welcome to Roisín Donnelly, transition year student, from Bailieborough Community School. She is very welcome. I started here myself as a transition year student and they have never found a way to get me out of the building.

Who knows what your future holds. I wish you well.

Members are very welcome to the fourth meeting of the select committee. There is one item of business this morning.

Before we proceed there are some housekeeping matters. I advise members of the constitutional requirements that members must be physically present within the confines of the Leinster House complex in order to participate in public meetings. I will not permit members to participate if they are not adhering to this constitutional requirement. Therefore, members who attempt to participate from outside the precincts will be asked to leave the meeting. In this regard, I ask any member partaking via Microsoft Teams that prior to making his or her contribution to the meeting, he or she will confirm he or she is on the grounds the Leinster House campus.

In the event a division should occur, members participating remotely will be required to make their way to the meeting room within normal division time to vote before returning to their original location.
