That comes with investment in skills and training and in the testers the engineers will use. On any one day, there are between 250 and 300 engineers in the field carrying out connections on the network. Training them to deal with fibre splicing means during a storm we can reappoint them across to focus on repair work and splicing cables. That will help the resolution and recovery timeline significantly.
