It is one of the key areas, not just the field but also the back office. We have added another six people to the back office to deal with preparedness for storms and the services required to make sure critical areas of the business are ready for that. In the field, we are upskilling workers and bringing in more fibre splicers. Our crews who carry out installations are not fibre splice trained, but we are training them to deal with it so that they will be able to move across. Ms Meyer may wish to comment on that.
