I thank the witnesses for joining us. The opening statement references the fact that the broadband plan is being delivered on time and on budget. Not to take away from the statistics the witnesses have given on the 420,000 homes and everything else that is ready, but I want to clarify some things. Was an eight-month extension required? Did NBI attract significant financial penalties of up to €3 million for missing deadlines? Was that €3 million figure included in the budget or where does it come from? How can NBI say the project is on time and on budget when it is not?
