Apologies. The application programming interface, API, is just a link into the ESB's system that will tell us which customers are without electricity. At the height of the storm there were probably about 35,000 customers who had no electricity at their address.

It informs us that we can bring it into our system and to get back up and running to customers who have power more quickly. It lets us prioritise where we need to go.
