I am not sure whether we should call it broadband or our life support machine because at this stage we all know what it is like if we lose Wi-Fi or Internet connection, even for an hour. Everything just comes to a halt. Mr. Malone referenced resilience and Storm Éowyn. Will he go into a little more detail as to what changes have been made since that seismic experience that none of us ever really anticipated? What can we expect the next time we have a similar experience?
