Moving on to broader issues, on retention of healthcare staff in general, will Mr. Gloster in his response focus in particular on mental health and intellectual disabilities? This is about long-term planning. How is the HSE planning, going forward, to retain those staff? We do not need to go through the vacancy rates. In my CHO, it is a travesty. How is the HSE building towards that in the future?
