One aspect I have been pleasantly surprised about over my time engaging with members is the strong engagement between individual companies and their local universities or institutes of education to do research projects, and to support professorships and pipelines of talent. There is a strong connection between universities and individual companies. We would encourage the continuation of that. Universities and companies are keen on doing that. It can be a competitive advantage for us. It certainly has been, in terms of winning investment. That engagement has been incredibly powerful.
