All right. Thank you for that; it is helpful. Mr. Sweetman also mentioned the Draghi report and the competitiveness agenda we are seeing at the EU. I see that as a deregulation agenda, in many ways, particularly around environmental and human rights protections. In the current US Administration, we have seen a move away from discussions around environment and the climate impact of companies. We have also seen a move away from diversity, equity and inclusion. How will American companies uphold those values? These are not just values that Ireland holds but are also legal requirements we have around the environmental piece, human rights and DEI. How will companies be aligning that to ensure they are upholding them in the Irish context?
