Mr. Paul Sweetman:
I would say so. One thing to keep in mind is that we are looking at an acceleration in strategic operations, or operations that have a significant responsibility for global roles within companies. This is a huge opportunity for Ireland. One aspect that we need to do more on is that senior roles are coming to Ireland, through which numbers of units and teams are built around, but they are based on the capability of what can be done from a strategic perspective for those organisations. I think that is really a space where we can go. One thing that we need to be aware of is that we probably have to have more and more of that type of investment, which may yield lower job numbers but will be more significant in terms of its presence and strategic nature within the global organisation. If we can encourage more of those investments to come in, we will be in a very good place for longevity in terms of those investments staying here and thriving here.
