It is a case of dealing with the issues that can be directly dealt with. I was going to mention next that there has already been talk about the infrastructural deficits in housing, health and particularly water and energy. Over the years it has been proposed many times by ourselves that we need to have serious investment to make up for these deficits, which are impacting right across the board and will have an impact on our capacity for future development.
