Let me refer to what is obviously a chestnut for this committee. It is very real to all of us from a hundred perspectives. Without going into the politics of the Middle East, and without developing a treatise or having a separate meeting on the Middle East today – that is not on today’s agenda – could Mr Sweetman comment on the alleged potential damage in America arising from the occupied territories Bill?

Is that hyperbole or is it a real fear? If it is a real fear, is it nonsense? I know the fella who wrote the major article in the New York financial times or whatever the newspaper was, and which triggered the whole discussion, is a Jewish lobbyist. Can AmCham comment on it?
