Housing is a serious issue for members. It is the top issue that we hear about when we ask about investment challenges here. One reason it is so concerning is that it directly impacts talent and skills, be it home-grown talent or talent that comes from abroad. There has to be a good quality of life in Ireland, and that is inextricably linked to housing. The demand of teams within organisations we represent is for quality housing. It is well known that there are challenges in this area. People are watching our progress and we need to push progress and continue to deliver.
