Mr. Sweetman cited housing as a challenge. There is nobody in the room who is not painfully aware of that, from every perspective, and those of us with families are painfully aware of the challenge young people face in acquiring a first home. As we speak, how real are the challenges of the housing shortage and housing costs in maintaining and increasing investment here? Apart from what can be seen in any statistics, we see that apartment-building has increased significantly in Dublin. Does Mr. Sweetman derive hope from this?
