To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government his views on the reckonable income directions under Section 24 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2014 sent to local authorities in December 2023; the reason persons in receipt of carer's allowance would be disregarded for the tenant purchase scheme; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
