To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if he will clarify the situation regarding entitlements on a herd number (details supplied); if he will restore these entitlements to the herd owner in light of the personal circumstances involved; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Officials from my Department will continue to liaise with the person affected to help to resolve the issues on the 2020 Transfer of Entitlement application which led to the loss of entitlements.
