36. To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade if a person (details supplied) in County Mayo will be refunded a passport application fee in view of the fact that the passport application was not processed. [32175/14]

The application in question has been cancelled and as a result of this, the paid passport fee of €80 is due to the applicant. A refund for this amount has been made to him.
