As the Deputy will be aware, my Department was established on 2nd June 2011. In common with all other Government Departments, sick leave in my Department is managed in accordance with civil service norms as set out by the Minister for Public Expenditure & Reform in Circular 09/2010 on the Management of Sick Leave. The information requested by the Deputy is set out in the table below.
